Mr. Amit Jain is the Non-Executive Director of Ashika Global Securities Limited (Formerly, Ashika Credit Capital Limited). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India having expertise, versatile knowledge and experience of more than 23 years in the fields of Broking, Retail Marketing, Distribution, Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, etc. He is associated with Ashika Group since 2003 and his vast experience has always steered the company to achieve a high degree of corporate governance and has set standards in reporting and presenting the financial affairs of the organization. Mr. Jain is a team player and an asset to the company. He had served as Chief Financial Officer of Ashika Group for more than 16 years, i.e. 2003 to 2019.

He is also Executive Director and is heading Retail Marketing and Distribution Division of Ashika Stock Broking Limited.

At Ashika Global Securities Limited (Formerly, Ashika Credit Capital Limited), he is member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.

Mr. Ajay Pratapray Shanghavi is the Independent Director of Ashika Global Securities Limited (Formerly, Ashika Credit Capital Limited). He is an MBA, Mechanical Engineer, Production Engineer and Polytechnic, Foundry Technology. He is a dedicated and results-driven professional with over 38 years of hands-on experience in leading and expansion of various medium and large-scale companies in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, packaging, IT, ITES, EdTech, financial services, media and entertainment, etc.

He has been on the board of over 30 companies encompassing different industries and gained in-depth exposure to Corporate Management, Taxation, Litigation, Arbitration, Labour Management, Union Management and Business Development. He has specialised in setting up greenfield projects, business acquisition, managing businesses at corporate level, arranging funding through equity and debt, restructuring of companies, amalgamation of companies, audit and compliance. His core competence areas are corporate strategy, business growth plans and strategy, HR strategy, managing board meetings and annual general meetings of listed and unlisted companies, passion and knowledge in incubation of businesses as well as development of new products and markets.

He is Chairperson of Audit committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and member of Stakeholder’s Relationship Committee and Risk Management Committee at Ashika Global Securities Limited (Formerly, Ashika Credit Capital Limited).

Mr. Pravin Kutumbe is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and results-driven finance leader, boasting over 35 years of experience in driving business growth through strategic financial planning, taxation, and insurance expertise.

His core strengths include:

Notably, he has spent over three decades at LIC, holding key positions such as CFO, CIO, and others. Additionally, he has served as a Board member of IRDAI for three years, overseeing finance, investment, enforcement, and supervisory functions, as well as drafting regulations and guidelines. His past association with renowned companies includes State Bank of India, Tata Power, Stock Holding Corporation of India, Stock Holding Services Limited.

He is the Chairperson of Stakeholder’s Relationship Committee and Member of Audit Committee at Ashika Global Securities Limited (Formerly, Ashika Credit Capital Limited).

Mr. Supratim Bandyopadhyay, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant, has vast experience in the field of Insurance, Finance, Investments and Debt operations. He is Board member at Aditya Birla Sunlife AMC, Canara HSBC Life Insurance Co Limited, Life Insurance Corporation (International) B.S.C. (c), LIC International, Bahrain (B,SC)(c).

Mr. Bandyopadhyay earlier served as Chairman of Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (PFRDA) for a period of three years from January 2020 to January 2023 and prior to this he was the Whole Time Member (Finance) of PFRDA for two years. During his tenure with PFRDA, the AUM of PFRDA increased almost 4 folds to ₹9 trillion. He held the position of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer at LIC Pension Fund managing entire operations of LIC Pension Fund from April 14 — January 18. Before LIC Pension Fund, he also served Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), the largest Insurance Company of India for a period of more than three and half decades. During his tenure at LIC, he worked in various capacities heading two large divisions apart from being Chief (Investment) & Executive Director (Investment).

CA Pinki Kedia is a visionary leader with a distinguished career spanning over 25 years as a practicing Chartered Accountant. She is a qualified DISA, LLB, and Senior Founder Partner at Kedia Singhania & Co., with experience working with renowned firms on audit and tax matters.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, CA Kedia Pinki is passionate about serving the profession. She has been an active Regional Council Member of WIRC of ICAI since 2022 and has held various key positions in WIRC committees, including Treasurer (2024-2025). She has been chairperson for WICASA, setting a world record for the largest Human Mosaic (Dec 23), achieving the highest participation in the National Conference of CA Students, and contributing to WIRC publications.

CA Kedia Pinki is also committed to giving back to society. She initiated the Swachh Bharat Jagrukta Abhiyan and Project “Rahe Hum Savdhan” and has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Maharashtra Nariratna in 2016 and the Women CA Achiever in 2022.

Looking ahead, CA Kedia Pinki aims to enhance professional opportunities, particularly with state government and local authorities. She is dedicated to empowering small and medium practitioners, young and women CA members through webcasts and training programs.

In addition to her professional pursuits, CA Kedia Pinki is a member of the RVG Education Foundation and has held key positions in the Lions Club of Mumbai Game Changer and International Vaish Foundation. She currently serves as President of the Women Wing of International Vaish Foundation, Maharashtra Region.
