Resetting Your Password in Dhanush Mobile App

Resetting your password is very simple with Dhanush.

Video walkthrough -

Step 1: Open the Dhanush App.

Step 2: Enter your Client ID or Trading Code.

Step 3: Click the 'Forgot Password' option on the screen.

Step 4: Enter the email ID which is Registered with us.

Step 5: Enter your PAN and hit the 'Submit' button. A pop up will inform you that a new password will be sent to you by email to the Registered email ID and by SMS on your Registered mobile number. Click OK.

Step 6: Open the Dhanush App and enter your Client ID or Trading Code, then enter the Password which you have received from us via Email and SMS. Then enter your PAN or Date of Birth and click 'Log in'.

Step 7: You will be directed to the Change Password page. Kindly enter the Password received from us first and then enter the Password of your choice in the second field. Before hitting the 'Submit' button please re-enter the Password chosen by you in the 'Confirm New Password' field.

Step 8: Click 'Submit'. You will get a pop-up informing you that the Password change has been Successful. Remember that your Password is valid for 365 days, after which you will have to compulsorily change it.

Step 9: Alternatively, you can log in and set up your MPIN for faster access. All you need to do is Enter the MPIN of your choice of 4 digits. Then re-enter the MPIN to confirm it and press the 'Next' button. That's it! You're all set to access one of the most intuitive trading apps out there!
