- Prepare necessary transaction documents including a detailed Information Memorandum (‘IM’) on the Company and its business along with a projected financial model (‘FM’)
- Prepare and submit to the Company a long list of prospective buyers / investors for the Transaction and agree on a short-list of counterparties to approach
- Initiate discussions with the short-list of prospective buyers / investors and ascertain their level of interest
- Coordinate and arrange meetings and conference calls between the Company and the Prospective Investor(s)
- Assist the Company in negotiating the key terms of the Transaction and coordinate the due diligence process with the legal counsel, accountants, and technical consultants as may be appointed by the Company and the prospective buyers / investors
- Work with legal counsel to formalize definitive agreements and assist in the closure of the Transaction
