Conducts NBFI activities like providing loans, advance and inter-corporate deposits; also invests in shares and securities. Listed on the Calcutta Stock Exchange in 2000; a year later, received the permission to list on BSE under the ‘Permitted securities’ category and in 2014 was listed on MCX Stock Exchange Limited.

Ashika Global Securities Private Limited

Incorporated on 8th March 1995. An RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company. Engages in NBFI activities. The holding company of Ashika Stock Broking Limited and Ashika Commodities & Derivatives (P) Limited.

• Ashika Stock Broking Limited: Incorporated on 12th August 1994. An integral part of the Ashika Group; equity and derivatives broker. An AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor and Depository Participant of Central Depository Service Limited and National Securities Depository Limited. A member of BSE, MCX-SX and self-clearing member of NSE.
• Ashika Commodities & Derivatives (P) Limited: Incorporated on 17th September 2003. A commodity broker which engages in client-based, arbitrage and proprietary trading. A trading-cum-clearing member of MCX, NCDEX, ICEX, N-SPOT, NMCE, ACE.

Ashika Capital Limited (ACL)

Incorporated on 12th April 2000. A SEBI-registered Category I Merchant Banker. Issues IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, ADRs and GDRs. Also provides client advisory and debt syndication services.
